PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards, PayPal, UPI, Net banking transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD).

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CARD ON THE WEBSITE?
Our online ordering process is private and secure. The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page that is encrypted, protected and processed over a secure server.

 

SHIPPING

WHAT IS HIDELLE’S SHIPPING POLICY?
Hidelle ships all orders within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation of the order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch.
  • On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details and tracking number by e-mail.
  • If you have not received the delivery confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@hidelle.com.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can modify/cancel your order by e-mailing us at info@hidelle.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

WHAT IS HIDELLE’S RETURN POLICY?
You can return the products up to 15 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID
  • Provide details of the product you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • If your return/exchange is accepted, we will arrange for reverse pickup
  • Send the product back to us in the original packing including all marketing material such as tags, invoices and any other material received with the package.

On receiving you returned product, we will let you know if the exchange/refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically allowed store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. It will take us approximately 7 to 10 days to refund, replace product, or give store credit

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ITEM IN EXCHANGE?
You can exchange your item within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product and receive a replacement of the exact product or another product.

If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

 

REFUNDS

WHAT IS HIDELLE’S REFUND POLICY?
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?
After the refund has been initiated by us, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 -10 working days.
